A rare and special find is had with these three exceptional vintage celluloid football pin backs. In the collection (2) are round one with a 1” diameter, the other measures approx. 1 ½” in diameter, each featuring a team photograph, one of an early Princeton team. The smaller pin back is in G+ condition with some significant cracking, but the sepia tone image is still quite clear. The larger round pin back is in EX condition with a nice smooth coat. The third pin back is an oval shape and has both images and text, which reads Souvenir, Army vs. Illinois, November 9th, 1929, and there are four photo images of the coaches and star players. The pin back even has the original ribbons still hanging perfectly intact. The overall condition of this great piece is NRMT.
