The 1930 Philadelphia Athletics team had some great future HOFers playing for them. This vintage wire 7 x 11” team photograph captures these legendary greats in a high quality photograph. The image has nice sharp contrast making each players face easily discernable, the tonal quality is good and there is very minimal wrinkling and edge wear for a photograph circa 1930. There is part of the original news clipping attached to the verso, and better yet includes a list of all the players and coach featured, and some of the more incredible player on this celebrated team are Lefty Grove, Mule Haas, Jimmy Foxx, Eddie Collins and manager Connie Mack to name just a few.
