Barton - MPLS Tribune" at top with the ribbon reading "National Association Day July 9th 1939". 2) 2 x 3 1/4'' ribbon given to George Barton with "Press 38th Annual Convention National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues Cincinnati Dec. 4-6 1939". A Baseball Centennial charm is attached to the ribbon. 3) 8 x 7 1/2'' original wire photo shows Barton, Mike Kelley, Joe Hauser and Elmer Yoter at Cooperstown. Both ribbons shows some wear with the longer of the two having a tiny tear.
