This collection of (8) 8 x 10” and (7) 7 x 9” wire photographs capture figure skating legend from before his Olympic championship in the late 1940’s through the peak of his skating career in the early 1960’s. The lot contains both on ice images, there is even a triptych that depicts a spread eagle jump in all its stages, and publicity shots including two with actor Robert Goulet. The condition of the photos is 20% VG, 60% EX and 20% NRMT.
