This is an incredibly diverse and large collection of original negatives (200+) dating to the 1930's and relating to California. Most negatives are housed in their original sleeves and clearly marked with subject matter, names and dates. Images range from shots of SF area infrastructure including bridges, terminals and stations, buildings, hospitals, tunnels, roads and parking signs to events such as a Railroad Show in Oakland, Pigtail Day at Girl's High School, Big Bear Tavern Brawl, Olympic Club Swim, Cal Sports Carnival, Grain Trade Association free-for-all, Transit and Street Car Conventions and more.
