There are more than 40 various periodicals, books, printed speeches and other similar printed pieces included in this lot which contains materials from the 1920's through the 1960's. Some of the pieces included are a November 28, 1925 edition of The Illustrated London News featuring the recent death of Queen Alexandra, including some of the last photographs ever taken of her. There is also a leather bound booklet titled History & Ryhmes of our Boys in the Great War printed in 1926. The bulk of the collection is politically oriented and includes programs from the 1964 Democratic Convention and the1956 Republican Convention, Stalin's Five Year Plan and a variety of other political publications. This is an extremely diverse collection of periodicals and books range in condition from G to EX with about 25% G, 50%VG and 25%EX.
