This collection of more than (50) photographs chronicles the rise of the Nazi party through the 1930’s and their ultimate demise after their surrender at the end of WWII. The large lot is comprised of mostly 7 x9” and 8 x 10” wire photographs, most of which have the original news clippings attached to the verso. The subject matter ranges from formal military parades to the elite members of the Nazi party, primarily generals and other officers. There are a few of Hitler as well. The condition of the photographs in this collection rate 20%-G, 60%-VG, and 20% EX due to incidence of minor creasing, edge wear and toning.
