Three copies of Apple Record’s “Two Virgins” album cover original printer press forms featuring John Lennon and Yoko Ono. The printer's press sheets measure about 25 ½” x19" each and have the original crop marks still visible on the forms. The printer composed the album press form with both the front and back cover images of the album (Lennon and Ono’s nude front and rear torsos) on one sheet side by side. It is not until the next step in the printers process that the forms would be trimmed, folded glued and bound to create the album sleeve as we know it in its finished form. There are some edge dents and a couple of small edge tears but these are nice and clean otherwise.
