This personal letter written on his letterhead to a Miss Vergenes is dated October 24, 1928 and is signed by President Herbert Hoover. The letter itself is in G condition with some staining and age discoloration on the paper, but the black ball point signature itself rates a 9 out of 10 for clarity and legibility. This letter comes with a PSA/DNA/COA.
