In this UPI wire service photo the Giants' Willie Mays steps out from the dugout to tip his cap to the crowd acknowledging their applause for having hit homerun # 535. This blast catapulted Mays into the #2 all-time HR position past Jimmie Fox and behind Babe Ruth on August 17, 1966. Photo measures 8 1/2" x 7" and is EX-MT.
