French boxer Robert Villemain defeated HOF fighters Kid Gavilan and Jake LaMotta before losing the Pennsylvania middleweight title to Sugar Ray Robinson in 1950. This collection of wire photos includes some great fight action. The prints are mostly in the 8” x 10” range and average VG condition, many with captions sheets taped to the verso.
