Black jersey is all original with "LEMIEUX" sewn on a plate on the back. "66" on the back and both sleeves. "Made in Canada" size 56 tag in the collar with Koho patch sewn on the back of the neck. "66" and "1" written in marker on the tag in the collar. Captain's C sewn on the left breast. Moderate use with stick marks on the arms and body.
