Jersey Joe Wolcott was a world champion heavyweight boxer in the 1940's and 1950's. At age 37, he set the record for the oldest boxer to win the title. This framed 11 1/2" x 13 1/2" photo is of Wolcott fighting Rocky Marciano. They fought twice. The first time Wolcott dropped Marciano in round one and was ahead on all scorecards when Marciano landed his "Suzie-Q" in the 13th to win by knockout.
