ITEM DESCRIPTION

A legend in his native Puerto Rico, Sandy Alomar was a slick fielding second baseman during his 15-year MLB career. His influence on the game lasted long after his playing days were over...thanks to his sons Sandy Jr. and Roberto. Offered is his PBLPR Crabbers "road" jersey worn during his days as player and manager for the international powerhouse. "Santurce" is sewn across the front in white tackle twill, while on back "S. Alomar" arches above his number "2" on a matching navy nameplate. On the left sleeve is a circular patch in which "2" appears again, and inside the collar is "Wilson [size] 40" tagging. Nice all around use can be found throughout this rare import. Terrifico!
