Bourbon whiskey label with a vignetted Federal League illustration. Label is 4 1/4" x 5" and is in NRMT condition. Illustration depicts a right handed batter at the plate with the stadium crowd behind him and "It's a Hit" written on the wall. The Federal League was the last major attempt to establish an independent competitive professional baseball league to compete with the National and American Leagues. It only lasted a few years. This label dates from 1915.
