From the Hotel Casa Grande in Mexico comes this "lavado en seco" dry cleaning receipt signed by the great Joe Louis. The receipt indicates that the "Brown Bomber" had two pair of cashmere pants and 3 raincoats laundered. The slightly yellowed receipt is 7" x 11" in size and in EX condition with only slight fold creases apparent. It is dated March 5, 1949. Interestingly, on March 1, 1949, four days previous, Louis announced his retirement from boxing. Comes with an LOA from PSA/DNA.
