Beautiful large framed "form of agreement" for construction at Yankee Stadium between L.M. Neckermann Company, Inc., representing the Osborn Engineering Company, Cleveland, and Jacob Ruppert, owner of the New York Yankees. Neckermann was hired for construction of a mezzanine and upper deck to "Part D" of "The Yankee Stadium" as it was formerly known, January 4, 1928. The contract is signed by both the owner of Neckermann and the owner of the Yankees, Mr. Jacob Ruppert. Beautifully presented in a 28 1/2" x 26" black frame. Also includes the separate entire written contract for the project. Contract is typed with some hand written annotations.
