Drexel Biddle referring to their shared service in France in 1940 affixed to a mint 8x10 of the group of Americans assigned to accompany the French government in its evacuation; (4) NM/MT 8x10 news images of VP Alben Barkley in a visit to Korea; Unidentified, mint 8x10 of Navy crew with dignitaries; mint signed 8x10 of General Matthew Ridgway inscribed to MacArthur, "To Douglas MacArthur with deep appreciation of service shared with him in SHAPE and with warmest personal regard"; mint signed 8x10 of General Al Gruenther inscribed to MacArthur, "To Doug MacArthur with deep appreciation for your loyal and effective assistance at SHAPE"; (2) mint signed 8x10 from SHAPE with casually posed Vernon Walters, Paul Carroll, A.J. Biddel, Douglas MacArthur & A. Craig Cannon. One is formally signed by each man, the other has been signed informally.
