Former President George H.W. Bush declared March of 1991 to be Irish-American Heritage Month. This is a framed display containing the signed proclamation with gold foil seal of the President of the United States, as well as a signed typed letter on White House stationery with the President Bush ceremonial pen prominently displayed therein. Display measures 21" x 19" and is beautifully matted and framed.
