Incredible collection of oversized wire photos (100+) of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Photos date from the 1940's thru the 1960's. Photos are oversized, mostly around 11" x 15", and in a range of conditions, averaging VG-EX. They include images from his many trips abroad, from his inaugurations in 1953 & 1957, of his family, and of his cabinet including Vice President Richard Nixon. There are shots of Ike throwing out the first pitch at Ebbets Field for the 1957 World Series between the Dodgers and Yankees. There is also a great shot of Ike with Bob Hope, and another with General Douglas MacArthur. Amazing collection of images of one of our most beloved Presidents during America's post WWII glory years.
