The Boston Red Sox defeated the Brooklyn Robins four games to one in the 1916 World Series. This oversized 14 x 35" Red Sox Pennant reads "Boston Red Sox Base Ball Club Worlds Champions". It features white lettering on red felt and has a few small holes and small tears along the edge. The Red Sox defeated the Robins despite a great performance on offense by the Robins', Casey Stengel. Babe Ruth also performed well as he pitched 13 scoreless innings for the Red Sox in a game 2 victory.
