Witty, Burris Jenkins original artwork honoring Lefty Grove's 300th victory. Framed and matted to 30" x 34", the artwork has visible newspaper edit markings. In it, Jenkins pokes fun at "Old Man" Grove. In one illustration he teases that Joe DiMaggio "wasn't old enough to be a bat boy" when Lefty wound up for his first pitch in 1925. Great work by a sports cartoon master.
