Quenneville’s road, blue Champion manufactured jersey is from that first year in Denver. With all heat- pressed numbers and logo, this blue mesh exhibits solid use with Quenneville’s name heat-pressed on to a blue heavy knit nameplate that is sewn to the back above the #22. Champion size 48 collar tagging and a metal clip style inside the back. One repair on the left sleeve. Four repairs on the back with another three repairs above the bottom yellow stripe with mesh backing. Another triangular repair on the front right. Stick marks everywhere on the front including a few that gash the rocky mountain logo. Un-repaired holes on the sleeves, front, and back. Nice pilling inside the elbow areas. Jeff Larmer, the younger brother of Chicago Black Hawks great Steve Larmer, was chosen 129th overall by the Colorado Rockies in 1981 and recorded consecutive 50-goal seasons his last two years of junior. Playing eight games with the NHL club in 1981-82 allowed him to put solid use on this road, blue Sandow jersey. All sewn-on two color numbers and crest and a heat-pressed name on a blue knit nameplate. Sandow tagging on top of a washing instructions tag marked size Extra Large - Tres Grande in the collar with a small loop style fight strap with a skate lace attached. Solid stick marks on the #’s 2 and 5 on the right sleeve and #4 on the left sleeve. Two repairs to mention on the left sleeve also. A rugged Rocky Mountain pair.
