Standouts include: 1964 image of Gregory holding the $250,000 reward check (signed by Hugh Hefner) he offered for information leading to the recovery of three civil rights workers, eventually found murdered in Mississippi; Gregory in 65' directing a civil rights march on the Chicago neighborhood of Mayor Daley in protest of school segregation; skeletal in 1968 after a 40 day hunger strike in opposition to the Vietnam War. Sized from 5x8" to 8.5 x 12" the photos range in condition from VG to MT with most on the better end of the range.
