Rare uncut sheet of 1941 Playball Baseball cards (#1-12). These are identical to the normal 1941 Playball cards except that they are printed on light paper stock instead of the normal card stock. This was done as paper was becoming scarce in the days leading up to WWII. The offered sheet has some impressive names such as Bucky Walters, Mel Ott, Carl Hubbell and Arky Vaughn. Amazing condition with the only flaw being some very minor corner wear. No creases or tears. EX-MT.
