When the Perez-Steele Galleries decided to begin issuing sets of postcards featuring artwork of Hall of Famers, they presented set #1 to the President of the United States (and a huge baseball fan) Ronald Reagan. Reagan then signed the offered registration card and returned it in order to make sure that he received all future #1 sets. The card is signed in black ink by Reagan who gives his address as "The White House." Slight smudge and small stain near the end of the last "n" in Reagan. A remarkable opportunity to acquire a very unique piece related to Baseball, Perez-Steele and the President.
