The number "33" is stamped into the knob to denote the inches of the bat. Model 40 L.G. There is some tape residue on the handle, and minor splitting in the grain on the back side. Somebody tried to forge Gehrig's signature on the barrel and even though it is somewhat faded, it is still visible. No cracks. Shows moderate wear.
