The great minor league hockey franchise, the Cleveland Barons, recognized their most popular player each season and rewarded him by engraving his name on this special trophy. The 21inch trophy was traditionally retained and displayed by the team. The name plates list the honorees as "E. Olson 1954-55" and "C. Stearns 1955-56." "TV Guide Cup" is engraved on the cup at the top of the trophy.
