In the 1970's young Australian, Evonne Goolagong, made a name for herself in women's tennis rivaling Evert & King. This collection of (64) wire photos captures her rise beginning in 1971 when she won her first French Open and Wimbledon Titles, until the early 1980's when she captured her second Wimbledon, the final grand slam title of her career. All are front captioned wire photos with a handful from the 80's on laser paper. Condition ranges from VG (many with editing marks) to NM. Sizes range from 2.5 x 4.5" to 8 x 11".
