This fully executed and signed lease made on July 31st, 1937 bears
the bold black fountain pen signature of the Eagle's co-founder, Bert
Bell. The lease agreement was made between the Philadelphia Eagles
and Albert M. Greenfield & Co. to lock in a football ticket office on
the first floor of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Philadelphia. The
contract consists of two double sided pages and one single sided
rider stapled to the center of the agreement. Overall EX condition.
