Huge lot of (92) wire photos celebrating the classy home-run king, Hank Aaron. With Barry Bonds controversially closing in on Aaron's 755, it is in shocking contrast to browse the images of an always- smiling Aaron who happily shared himself with his legions of fans and the press alike. Images date from the late 1950's to the 1990's. Many are from '73 and spring of '74 while Aaron chased and surpassed Ruth's HR mark. Also included are photos of Aaron with his family, involved in charity, and a mint 8x10 of his baseball Hall of Fame plaque. There are a large number of laser wire photos in this lot and many have editing marks. Original news clippings are affixed to many of the versos. Quality of the photos range from VG to mint.
