Ultimate slugger Jimmy Foxx, now busting them for the Boston Red Sox
in 1938, is shown here taking part in a re-creation of some of
Philadelphia’s history---the 126th anniversary of the Union Horse
Company for the Recovery of Stolen Horses. It must have been a slow
off-season for Jimmy! This interesting image measures 7 x 9 and is
NM in condition, clarity and contrast.
