Honus Wagner would be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame’s historic first class in 1936 in Cooperstown, but he would settle down at the address of 605 Beechwood Ave, Carnegie, Pennsylvania and reside there until his passing on December 6, 1955. This purchase agreement for the land on which he would build his retirement home sets the purchase price at $7,000 and is signed, “John H.
