Offered is a Louisville Slugger from infamous Cincinnati Red Pete Rose. This game used bat was part of Rose's arsenal when he became the 13th player in the game's history to collect three-thousand career hits in 1978. The bat is autographed "Pete Rose" in thin marker on a sanded off section below his engraved signature. There are heavy seam and ball marks on the hitting surface and a five-inch crack on the handle. There is also some slight tape residue on the grip. Bat measures 35 inches and weighs 32.5 ounces.
