One lot of (45) original 3 x 3.5'' photographs of members of the Cienfuegos, Havana and Alemendares team. These are probably from one of the years that Marianao did not field a team. Players of note include Martin Dihigo (Negro Leagues), Pedro Pages (Negro leagues), Ramon Heredia (Negro Leagues), Bobby Estalella (1st black player in the major leagues, played before Jackie Robinson), Fermin Guerra, Jose Fernandez, Santos Alomar, Lazaro Salazar (Negro Leagues), Salvador Hernandez, Herberto Blanco, Ramon Bragana (Negro Leagues), Mike Gonzalez, Horatio Martinez (Negro Leagues), Carlos Blanco (Negro leagues), Cocaina Garcia (negro leagues), Julio Rojo (negro leagues) and more. Only five of the photos are action shots, the rest are individual players. A really nice archive!
