8x10 action shot of Mel Ott stepping into a batting practice swing.
Original image was captured in 1937. This photo was printed from the
original negative in 1958 by UPI to run with the 11/20 story of Ott¹s
emergency surgery for injuries suffered in a car accident. He died the next
day. Photo is in EX-MT condition.
