The Roosevelt Special carried Govenor FDR around the country during his whistle-stop presidential campaign tour of 1932 and right into the White House. Its service didn't stop there, though, as it continued to be used by the new President during his frequent travels. Fourteen news service photos, many of which were taken in various states along the trail, show one of our finest leaders alongside his wife and other members of his brain trust.
