Fully executed transfer agreement between the Buffalo Hockey Club and the Chicago National Hockey Team in reference to the transfer of Pierre Pilote to the Chicago Blackhawks. The agreement has been signed by officials of both teams including Hall of Famer Tommy Ivan. Pierre Pilote has also signed the agreement in strong and bold black ball point pen.
