The 2005-2006 season marked the passing of the torch in Pittsburgh. Mario
Lemieux retired and Sidney Crosby took center stage. It also marked the
transition of hockey jersey labeling from CCM/KOHO to Reebok. This Reebok size 54 was intended to be worn
during the 2005-06 NHL season. This team issued sweater still has the
original manufacturer tagging with code "38 3 / 4 11 05" attached to the
sleeve. Un-lettered and in MINT condition.
