Most of the photographs in this incredible collection were printed by Jim Rowe but some are from other well known photographers and suppliers such as George Brace and J.D. McCarthy. A good number in this collection are printed from original George Burke negatives. In reality, Jim Rowe took very, very few of these shots, he just printed them from the negatives for collectors and players who used them to fulfill autograph requests. There are several duplicates in this group of color and black and white photos. Most are postcard size but not all have postcard backs, with a minority being of the smaller variety. Some early hobby-type sets of postcards are represented, such as TCMA. There is enough here to keep someone busy for, well, we don't know, as even we have not even been able to get through the entire collection! Condition averages EX-MT throughout.
