Wonderful collection of the tender voice of Mama Cass. Includes the following: trying to lose weight (1973), 1973 siren photo, Smothers Brothers still with Harry Belafonte, Mike Douglas Show 1970 and 1972, 1968 Dunhill Records promo, at the premiere of the John Lennon film "How I Won the War," singing with Michelle Phillips (1973), singing with the Mamas and the Papas (1969), with Don Knotts and Andy Williams (2), Mama Cass Show (1969) and more. Plus, six early lasers included of her death. Average EX+ and 7x9".

This lot is from the legendary San Francisco Examiner Archive (SFXArchive).
This is one largest collections ever of historic vintage photos spanning the entire 20th century. The San Francisco Examiner was the first paper acquired by William Randolph Hearst and itself was the subject of the film classic Citizen Kane. The majority of the photographs are fully identified, and back-stamped with dates. Included throughout this auction is a diverse mix of subjects including sports, historical, political, transportation, Hollywood, and all facets of entertainment.
