Size 7 1/8 Pro-Celd batting helmet used by a Reds player (maybe Pete Rose but we can not be sure because it lacks player identification) during the 1970 season. The date "Aug 22 1970" is written in pen on the manufacturers label. Signed in mint silver sharpie by Rose with the inscription "Hit King." The leather sweat band is soft with no cracking. Shows moderate to heavy wear, but not abused.
