Lot 1246: Wayne Gretzky Very Rare Gold Easton Game Used Stick with Original Tape

Just looking at one of his sticks is enough to conjure up his on-ice magic. This is an Easton Pro Balance Extra Stiff (HXP 5100) aluminum stick. “Gretzky” is stenciled onto the blade and near the top of the shaft. Original tape on the blade. “Jack the Gripper” hand grip covers the knob. This is a very rare stick as not many were ever ordered. It is the first one we have ever handled.
