Rare zipper-front "home" jersey dates from the1949 season and is completely original. "Sox" logo on the left chest, "34" on the back, and "F.Bevens" chain-stitched on the tail. Bevens though did not make the roster that year and it is assumed this jersey was then worn by Alex Carrasquel. Inside the collar are "Spalding", [size] "48", and "Dry Clean" tags. The pant are also from 1949 and have Spalding tags along with "Seerey 49" sewn in waist, and the black-red-white leggings are included along with a McCulliffe size 7 1/8 cap from unknown player. All show nice use.
