Originally presented to the Mayor of Chicago, John B. Nicosia, this Roberto Clemente single signed baseball was a gift to his own friend in Puerto Rico. Roberto's black ballpoint autograph on the sweet spot displays a number of breaks due to light scratches on the surface (7/10). Presented by the Mayor with his "Compliments of Dr. John B. Nicosia-Mayor" ballpoint inscription (8.5/10) on the side panel. The Rawlings Official League ball is EX-EX+.
