1999 was a standout year even on the Dominator's impressive resume; he posted a career best 1.87 GAA and .937 save percentage, easily capturing his third consecutive Vezina Trophy. With him between the pipes was this pair of Louisville Brock Body Armor leg pads embroidered with "Hasek" in red thread (Serial #8005296). The pads show incredible use, with scuffs and scrapes covering the outer shell and sweat toned inner surfaces that display significant wear. The closures are tarnished and scratched, all of the white straps have a darker appearance due to color transference from his uniform pants. An outstanding Hall of Fame caliber offering.
