UPDATE: From a very passionate Midwest area collector
They were all either obtained in person or through the mail. Most of the cards are notated on the verso by this collector with an "L" (meaning he got them live and in person) or with an "M" (which means he got them in the mail). We have had lots of other signatures from this gentleman and the winning bidders have been very pleased with the authenticity.

Wow! "Comprehensive" and "voluminous" are probably the best words to describe this lot of over 6000 3 x 5 index cards signed by mostly NHL hockey players from the 1970s to 1990s. There are multiples of almost every player who suited up and spent time on the ice over a 25-30 year span. All of the players are identified on the backs of the cards, often with the team that they were playing on and the date at the time that they signed the card. Signatures are in ballpoint or sharpie. Unpicked, this is a collection that would be almost impossible to duplicate today.
