Offered are a set of extremely rare ink specimens from a trio of successful players turned managers Mickey Cochrane, Al Simmons, and Fred Clarke. Each is individually penned on a government postcard. Cochrane’s (8/10) and Simmons’ (7/10) were written in black fountain pen back in 1933, while Clarke’s (8.5/10) blue ballpoint mark dates from 1954. Technically, the cards themselves grade as VG. LOA.
