Absolutely magnificent trophy features two silver plate batters standing at the ready as immortal baseball bookends. They are identical and look so much like Ty Cobb you’ll want to move out of the way for the charging spikes. Engraved as the "President's Trophy" it is dated 1926 but was likely created earlier (circa 1915) based on the style. NRMT condition and impressive 9x9" size. Mounted on wood base but bottom of silver (which we cannot get to) would likely reveal an important maker. One of the nicest trophies we've seen in a while.
