Green on white, measuring 8-1/2" x 14”, this small poster advertises a (circa February 1971) weekend “acoustic” jam at Asbury Park’s The Green Mermaid in New Jersey. Features a pre-celebrity Bruce Springsteen, who had just disintegrated his previous band, Steel Mill, and was a frequent guest and open-mic night luminary at the more popular venue "The Upstage" upstairs from the Mermaid. Rare and characteristically psychedelic, this heavy stock poster is a bit dog-eared with a crease or two and some spotting at lower left. Overall VG-EX.
